Is money really important in a career?
I have arrived at a conclusion that while you might change jobs, it is ideal if the employer recognizes the experience you have, especially if its RELEVANT. So you should get a pay raise.
However, it is ok if you don’t get it especially when you need to learn more on the job, such as sales and product knowledge skills. And if its a bigger organization ie bank.
I need to get my spirits up high. I need to believe in myself. I need to tell myself that everything is ok. I do not want to break down.
Please God. Send something my way, will you?
Direct my heart, show me your will, pepper my life with your possibilities!
